This young mom is having a lot of trouble getting her baby to crown. As she pushes you can see that the babies head is much larger than her opening is stretching. She is in a lot of pain as she pushes through all of the stretching.
This mother is delivering her child in a hospital setting.
She labors on her back and pushes while being held down. This is not the idea birth but it does happen still in some places.
Listen to this soon to be mother, as she screams in pain, and nearly kicks the doctor from all of the pain as the baby stretches her insides, contractions force the child down the birth canal, and the baby slowly ripping her on the way out.
