Mom is naturally pushing out her baby that is in a posterior position. The baby is head down but its facing the other direction. This is a hard and painful position to deliver in. It takes longer and it hurts worse. You can hear that the mom in this video is unmediated She is feeling all the pain of her babies head coming out.
Thanks for sharing!

Screaming is a natural response to giving birth!
Childbirth is my favorite part of pregnancy. I’m a surrogate mom and one of the biggest reasons I choose to have babies for other people is to experience pregnancy and childbirth without adding members to my own family. The last time I gave birth the baby was very large and I was over due. I had a very hard time pushing him out. I pushed for several hours before his head could be seen. I was fully dilated contractions started before the last one stopped. I PUSHED and PUSHED and stood and rocked. The baby was a very tight fit. I screamed and screamed. I begged for someone to reach in side of me and pull him out. (Hospital was not an option. It was do or die. We were in the center of no where.) The longer I pushed the more intense things got. When I gave up and decided the kid would crawl out eventually the contractions and pain were unbearable. I wanted to die. I started screaming before my husband got me back to reality and told me to enjoy what I loved doing so much soon it would be over and I’d beg him to do it again. The baby had gotten so large that his body and my body had to work extra hard to change size to allow him to come out. He finally made it out safely but it was the hardest most intense labor I ever experienced. I’m not sure what hurt worse, his large body forcefully making his way out or pushing and pushing and not getting anywhere.
Mom is in quite a bit of pain and laying flat on her back. Her support are helping hold her down she probably wanted pain relief but it was too late for that. You can see them push on her pregnant belly trying to help push the baby out while the doctor uses his hands and helps pull the baby out.

I'm one of the rare fertile women that actually loves giving birth so much I try to keep myself pregnant as much as possible. I have completed my family and have dedicated my life to fulfilling the dream of becoming a parent to as many couples as I can.
As you can imagine childbirth hurts like none other and it can seem like an eternity bring new life from within. I experience intense labor just like you see in many of the videos. Sometimes I scream and act crazy. Sometimes I push for what seems like hours. When I was made I was given a gift, my body is able to bounce back to normal rather fast. Now I have given birth many times but because of this so called gift many of my labors are long, hard, and difficult as if I were a first time mother to be. I think the gift I have is in my ability to enjoy what I do. I love being pregnant and I love giving birth natural to other peoples first newborns. Like I said it hurts so bad yet it feels so darn good at the same time.
I'm always looking to unique childless couples to work with. I am open to many things and choose to work with those who's ideas are not having some stranger give birth for them in a hospital where they will be called once he/she is born.
